At Shroove Life Private Limited, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Since our products are edible items, we do not accept returns to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our offerings.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

As our products are edible items, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

Hygiene and Safety: We cannot resell or reuse returned food products to ensure the safety of our customers.

Product Integrity: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its quality upon return.

 

 However, we do support exchanges under the following circumstances:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

The product is received in damaged packaging.

The wrong product or variant was delivered.

 

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot process exchanges in the following cases:

The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

The issue is reported after 3 days of delivery.

The product is undamaged and matches the order details.

 

3. Process for Exchanges

1. Initiate an Exchange:

Contact us at admin@shroove.in within 3 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

2. Approval:

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or provide instructions for self-shipping.

3. Replacement:

A replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.

 

4. Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error (damaged packaging or wrong item sent), we will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
