Return & Refund Policy – Shroove Mushroom Coffee

At Shroove, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

📩 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at admin@shroovelife.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once approved, return the product to the address provided by our team.

 

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or store credit.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items purchased during sales, combos, or special offers (unless damaged or defective).

 

📦 Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
